You can either purchase Pushfix from this repo: Cydia.pushfix.info on Cydia or you can get Push Doctor. Depending on your device if its Hacktivated. Search the site or google and you should see a step by step.

Help me! Push notifications aren't working on my unlocked / jailbroken iPhone 3G 3.1.3 , I have Tmobile. I have to manually re-spring Facebook or my TextPlus app to see new notifications ):< This is annoying. And I only have Wi-Fi.
