Wat is wrong?!

So I got the iPhone 3GS. And I been doing a little research and I guess I would have to upgrade my BB. I'm running on the version 4.3 with the BB of 05.16.02. Should I wait until they come out with one for mines? Or should I just upgrade?

If you are looking to unlock, you have to install the iPad BB but keep in mind you will lose your gps. The baseband you have cannot be unlocked and they are not working on one.(at all I think)

Yeah it's not a big deal if you dont really need the gps function. It's what I did

Ok.. So this might be redundant, but how would I go about upgrading it? I don't really have the time to do all this.. But I guess I can make time. What would be the steps?

Well I used redsnow since I'm on windows to jailbreak and install the bb. I was also on 4.3.1. But if you are on the same iOS all I did wad run redsnow and checked the box that says install iPad baseband, the Cydia box would be checked already the hit next or continue and follow instructions to put into dfu mode. And the rest it will do on it's on. I would find a tut on Redmond if you give me a minute my intertwine is a bit slow at the mOment

This is the exact same tut I used. But at the time I used it redsnow was a more updated version then what they show same goes for ultrasnow. But it makes no difference

No problem. Use redsnow. To me it's more reliable. Jus run in xp compatibility if you are on vista or windows 7. And right click and run as administrator
