3GS iOS 4.3.2/05.13.04 Missing Cellular Data Network

Updated my iPhone 3GS to iOS 4.3.2 while preserving my baseband at 05.13.04. I jailbroke with redsn0w 0.9.6rc14 and unlocked with ultrasn0w 1.2.2. Everything seems fine except that Cellular Data Network tab to edit APN settings for MMS isn't there at all.

I used a old AT&T sim to get past the activation screen. I have the $15/month prepaid unlimited txt/10cents a minute plan with T-Mobile.

you'll need to get them there manually. doesn't a tweak in cydia called tetherme do this? though cydia is done atm which means you can't buy it so..
