There is a website that you can generate the .ipcc file.
Carrier Bundle Generator iPhone OS 3.0 - 3.1.2 (ipcc)

In order to update your carrier bundle,
1) you need to install CommCenter pach.
Add soruce iPhoneMod Brazil (cydia.iphonemod.com.br) in Cydia, serch for Wortel's commcenter patch package and install.
2) Update the .ipcc file through iTunes.
3) Then modify the carrier.plist file in Private/var/mobile/Library/Carrier Bundles

no luck for me...iphone 4 4.2.1 tmobile sim bb 01.59.00. followed instructions and facetime has been 'waiting for activation' for over an hour now and no t-mobile logo. help me please!!

on your springboard there should be a T-mobile(i4MMS) icon click on it and your t-mobile logo should show up, once it shows up click facetime it should work. so far facetime worked for me when the logo actually shows up, after you respiring your springboard ithe logo would disappear so you'd have to re-click the icon again for the icon to show up

i have updated i4MMS to 2.0 has some cool features i think you can now apply carrier settings to browser i will now work on different carriers and 4.3.1 easy ill post a video on the first post

These are the Thailand carrier bundles I used last year and the new 4.2.1 version I plan to use next month. Two versions: for iOS 3.x and iOS 4.2.1. Hopefully the apns, etc have not changed. The 4.2.1 versions require the CommCenter patch as mentioned above. Hope they help.

I already tried that and im still waiting. I don't want to keep sending the international texts. A few I don't mind but they can add up quick if I keep switching it on and off.

Before i got it working switching it on and off didn't give me any international charge. I only got charged when my facetime actually turned on. Have you removed every previous tmobile mms packages? then install the i4MMS

yea u need to click on springboard app and then choose what apn settings you would like and tap apply settings

I also did the com.apple.mms_override.plist replacement. after all these i manage to get mms to work and t-mobile 10 as carrier under about. if possible, can you send me the ipcc file? thanks.
