Fix MMS, Internet & Activate FaceTime iPhone 4 on US Carriers. TMobile, SimpleMobile.

I tried to get on your repo but I can never connect. So, I haven't been able to get i5mms to test.

It's not on the repo. The files are on the page before this one. You have to manually SSH the files into the right folder then set permissions with either ifile or the SSH command prompt. If you don't know how then I would wait.

Hey everyone,

I have recently upgraded my iPhone 4 from 4.0.1 to 4.3.3 with bb : 01.59.00 on tmobile. Since I have done this, my tmobile internet works off and on. When I look under sbsettings to see if I have a Data IP address, it shows that I do not have an IP address. Now this is off and on. (Most of the times it doesn't work.) Also when looking under Settings, About under Carrier, I get "Not Available".

I am currently using the following APN settings for data: epc.tmobile.com. I have used all of the others like, wap.voicestream.com, internet2.voicestream.com, internet3.voicestream.com, etc...

It seems like my carrier .plist some how has been corrupted. I have rejailbroken my iphone and I'm still having the same issue. I have used sn0wbreeze-v2.7.3 with a custom ipsw.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

OMG finally finished updating server and i4MMS. Everything should now be fixed.

Install Guide:

1. Add the following source to cydia.
   • "http://bbyscroopy.pirat3.com/cydia"
2. Locate i4MMS, download, install, and respring.
3. Launch app, tap on i4MMS tab.
   • Use Facetime option if you already have correct APN settings, otherwise choose from the T-Mobile, or Simple Mobile.
4. Click "Apply Settings" and device will respring.
5. Open Settings app. Go to General>Network. Here you will disable 3G and enable Data Roaming.
6. Now open Cellular Data Network. *General>Network>Cellular Data Network* Scroll to the bottom and “Reset Settings” once or twice until all fields populate by themselves.
7. Enable Facetime toggle. *This might take a couple minutes and carrier may charge for international text message. Will only charge once it is activated.
8. Done

Thanks for getting the server back up. I have installed i4MMS and following your instructions, but I'm still having issues. When I hit the reset button under the Cellular Data Network and it just removed all my settings.

Any ideas?

First of all, thanks for the effort on bringing FaceTime back to us Gevey users. I installed the shivang version marked as Tmobile, I use Gevey ultra in Mexico with carrier Telcel, everything working fine except FaceTime and Cylay, guess it has something to do with push stuff. When I installed shivang's version, clicked activate FaceTime, rebooted, and it didn't work. Uninstalled it and FaceTime & Hotspot options disappeared from the settings menu. So I had to restore factory fresh 4.3.3. ipsw. Does the one in your server work for my carrier?

Tried adding your source, it times out.
Tried donating clicking on your link, says account is closed.
