3gs & Web Day Pass
I just picked up a 3gs a couple days ago. It was already unlocked, so I put my tmobile sim in and it saw it just fine. I am using it as a prepaid phone and go on safari and use the 1.49 day pass for internet on days I'm not around wifi.
When trying to access the day pass now, all I get is a quick jump from the web2go page to a 10.184.76.164 page that displays:
I've tried for a couple of days now and get the same. Is there something that I might still need to install on the phone that I forgot since I did my 3g a while ago?Error Unknown:

That is intersting. I use prepaid pay as go on 3GS. I have only used DayPass 2x, last being on 3/18. It worked flawlessly. I just tried it now and got the same error as you. I wonder if they are blocking iPhones now or if it Is a temporary problem with all devices. Would be a shame if it is a iPhone block seeing as if was a nice feature to use occasionally. I'm going to post a question on the tmobile forums.

I have used it not long ago as well on my previous 3g phone a couple weeks ago and it worked fine too. Glad to see it's not just me, but I really hope that they get their network fixed soon.
Any chance you can link to your post on the tmobile forum, I'd like to see what they say.

For the record, here is the tmobile forum reply.
I can get to the page where the green "Subscribe" button is but don't want to proceed because I don't want to get charged $1.49 (don't need it right now).

Anyone else on an iPhone prepaid? If so can you let us know whether you can access the Daypass page? I even changed my profile with tmobile to reflect a different phoen, but no luck.

Odd, I can get to m.web2go.com (internal Tmobile page) which is making me wonder if they are blocking our phones, especially if that person who answered you on the tmobile site was able to see it.
EDIT -- scratch that, I got in... to get to the screen for the day pass, try navigating to: http://wap.t-zones.com/myaccount/ and you should see itLast edited by digitalreflex; 04-08-2011 at 11:25 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

I found the same thing and am typing this at work using the DayPasd. That work around is fine with me. I'm going delete my post on the tmobile forum.
Thanks for the brainstorm.

I was having the same problem (I have a prepaid account and have a 3Gs). Go here: T-Mobile web2go and click on Account (I think it's in the lower right corner). You can subscribe from there.
