Cellular Data Network setting keeps getting erased

So I set everything up in CDN(like APN, MMSC, MMS Proxy and etc). Then when I reboot my iphone and I check the settings to see if everything is good all I see if "blank" nothing!! I'm tired of keep retyping it all over again just so I can see it go blank when I reboot the phone. Please help me so this problem can get fixed!

I have an JB and unlock 4.2.1 iphone 3gs 6.15bb on t-mobile. Thanks!

some files might have gotten corrupted or erased when u updated the baseband to 6.15. this has happened to me a few times on other peoples phones. i would just restore the phone and start over. remember since ur on 6.15 ur not gonna be able to simply restore. put the phone in pwnd dfu and restore to a custom firmware. before u try this however you might want to try going into settings and resetting ur network settings, reboot, then put in you apn settings and then rebooting again
