There are tons of guides if you google for them. Safest way would be to either go to T-mobile and get a micro sim from them or get a micro sim cutter from ebay.

I've tried & Tested the Sim Card Cutter (I bought from Ebay) & they cut the Sim card perfect (as long as the gold Chip on yor mini Sim isn't Really big like my mates was & it couldn't be cut without going through chip which would then make sim useless)

i used a pair of scissors and tested it on regular AT&T sims, i messed up on one because the gold chip is suppose to be on the far left of the tray. So keep that in mind, if you dont want to waste your time messing up a sim and having to buy another, i suggest you go to a t-mobile store, they did it for me for free.

I just hold the tmobile sim next to an att one and cut it down with scissors...make the tmo one a lil bigger just in case you need to trim and work it down until it fits. I practiced with several of the ATT sims people left in their iphones when I unlocked them. It took six tries to get one to work, but after that all the ones I do are primo!
