    I have read all the replies. I am also somewhat new to this but I have ran into the same situation. I did:

    1. Turn off 3G Setting>General>Network
    2. Turn on airplane mode then turn it off

    This should solve your problem before you do a reset.

    That might or might not. When u reset ur network settings u reboot that part and what ever was going on will fix.. But I'm for all solving an issue by any means..so now u have 2 options. Hope we helped
