MMS not working anymore

Here are my current settings but it seems like my MMS isn't working anymore.

MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080
MMS Max Message Size: 1048576
MMS UA Prof URL: http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf

I asked my friends who are running the same settings on T-Mobile and they have the same problem. We can send MMS to other T-Mobile users but we can't send MMS pics to people on other carriers. Never had this issue til Dec 22nd.

Does anyone have a new settings that will work?

I've been having the same problem since Early november or even late october not sure. Am getting really frustrated with it because I've tried every setting to make it work and still no go.... -.-
What plan do you have?
I have T-Zones and at first i thought it was because of my upgrade to 4.1 but my friend who is on 4.0.1 and i did her unlock+JB same settings as mine working on the same week till october we both been having trouble.

I can send MMS but I cannot receive it. I get a resolution error

You guys should try the ipcc carrier bundles from the carrier bundle sticky. I've been using the same settings on my iP4, from july, no issues at all.

Where it's say apn try changen it to epc.tmobile.com that what works for my iPhone
