Had this problem, kept getting: "no subject - The media content was not included due to a picture resolution or message restriction size.", even after installing the Sinful T-Mobile iOS4 MMS Fix. I literally just fixed it about 20minutes ago. Im running 4.1 BB 6.15 3Gs, heres what I did:

1.- Go to Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network - Reset Settings
    2.- Open to Cydia.
    3.- Add source "cydia.pushfix.info"
    4.- Install T-Mobile MMS Fix
5.- Go to Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network
6.- Most of the information will be filled out, as a result of installing the MMS fix.
7.- Type epc.tmobile.com under Cellular Data APN
8.- Type epc.tmobile.com under MMS APN

Had a buddy send me a picture message and viola, came through perfectly. Then just to make sure, sent him a picture and he got it as well. Works 100%...for me at least =)

No the reset will not make you lose your unlock, it just resets those settings.

Hey folks, new guy and this is my stupid question (everybody gets one, tell'um spider man) when you reference 4.1 does that mean 4.10.1? I ask because I got my iPhone 4 last week and I still haven't been able to send a picture. I want to make sure I do not mess up my jailbreak before I try these steps. I pretty sure they will not but I'm a paranoid android

So, when I open Cydia what do I do next? I don't know what "add source" means.

^ open Cydia, open "Manage" tab, touch "Sources", hit "edit",then hit "add" make sure you type in the repo correctly (spelling/punctuation)
    beta.leimobile.com/repo/
Then try sending a pic to your phone number and see if it works.
