    omg... im toast! I accidentally dropped my sim into the spot where the tray goes, I can't get it out now.. Ive tried using tweezers.. Ugh.. I think this iphone is gone..

    It will come out with gentle persuasion. Patience is key. Worst case, easily removed at the shop.

    wont my sim card reader be messed up though? ive been trying to get it out with tweezers, but I dont know if there is a better way. fml

    Naww ... The reader portion is simple metal to metal (SIM to pin) contact, noting sophisticated there. If you've been gentle and not forced anything -- no problem.

    if i took it to a t-mobile store would they have something they could use to get it out?

    Probably not. Search for a reliable repair shop that you are sure works in iPhones. The screen is easily removed (if experienced) and when removed easy access to SIM card area.

    Total time: 5 minutes (if experienced)

    Well there is place that unlocks iphones, im going to call them and see if they can do screen replacements, when I have had it running, it seems a little sluggish, and I have another screen already so I may just see if they can do it and then I should be able to get to the sim.. I hope I didnt break anything with the tweezers.. Is there anything in there that I couldve ruined?

    As long as the three gold connectors are still there then you should be alright.

    Yeah, I still don't know how I managed to drop it in like that.. smh i was so ticked last night I thought I was toast.I watched the guy do it, he used some really small screwdriver.. Would any tool place sell them or is it a special tool? Didnt look too hard to do though

    I got mine from ebay but a hardware store should have them too.
