Facetime activated but calls fails immeaditely

Why does this happen?
i was one of the first to t my i4 activated
and it was workin fine bout a week ago
now everytime i try to FT somone it says call failed right away
so now i bought the mitime app and it says my FT is activated and is running normally
but my facetime calls still keep failin
anyone can help pls?
i am on USA Tmobile running 4.0.1

Got My FaceTime to work

simple and effective, confirmed working. aleast it work for me with a few others people. try fresh restore and test it .
