iPhone 3G - 3.1.2 - outgoing MMS works, not incoming

I can get outgoing to work fine but incoming doens't. I've called T-Mobile 3 times with no luck. The first time I called the lady added an "iPhone data plan" that should've fixed it, but no luck. I've got in the
APN: epc.tmobile.com
and in the
MMSC: http://mms.msg.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
the rest are blank, 'cause that's what was working for me before.

It WAS working fine for a few days, then out of nowhere while I was on the phone last night I dropped the call, lost all of my signal then noticed later that night it wouldn't work for incoming.

Oh, and now I can't find this "Legacy" thing on Cydia. Am I the only one, or what is going on?
