MMS iPhone 3GS 4.0.1

Hi all,
I have a quick question. I did see the thread T-Mobile USA MMS Fix for iOS4 to get MMS for iOS4 but im confused on the first step!

Can someone explain it to me in english? (as in shhsh wtf is that lol sorry I'm new at this!) Plus, i was reading the top part of that and my phone was jailbroken w/ Jailbreakme and the Ultrasn0w in Cydia. So if that matters at all

I thought threads were meant for people who dont know what their doing..hence posting for someone to HELP them like a HELP FORUM. I looked through all the other threads btw before you go spouting that at me and I STILL dont understand what shsh files are. try going to cydia > manage > sources > edit > add
cydia.pushfix.info

than go to search and type in t-mobile US MMS fix for ios4 and install it.
