iPhone 4 MMS and Edge problem

I got MMS working on my iPhone 4 but i have to have edge on for it to work. Is there any solution where i can still send and receive MMS with edge off?

what apn setting do you use to work MMS on Iphone 4. what service do you have? does it work after reset?

Nothing for all of them

MMS:

MMSC:
http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

MMS Proxy:

MMS Max Message Size:
1048576

MMS UA Prof URL:

Btw my edge works fine and im on the smartphone plan.
