If you have tmobile DO NOT ACTIVATE FACETIME! this whole month ive been getting charged for international. its not a joke try 145 international text messages and 43 still awaiting for the next bill cycle, luckily my fees were waviered if you talk to technical support.

Mitime uses 2 msgs to activate, 1 sent, and 1 received. Once activated, it does NOT use SMS, unless u deactivate FaceTime and activate again.

Has anyone found a solution to this such as editing the .plist file mentioned earlier or should I just turn off facetime and wait? I had about $43 worth of international texts last month... Yikes!

buy mitime, activate facetime with that, and then you wont have to worry about this anymore

I left the FaceTime number in there for you not to have to wait for me to update the T-Mobile Carrier Bundles once T-Mobile fixes the problem, if ever. So, use personal responsibility and turn FaceTime off until told otherwise.

I'm using T-Mobile and bought an iPhone 4 that had never been jb or unlocked. I jailbroke and Facetime was working when I first jb my iPhone 4 on 4.0. I had to do a restore, and now it says waiting for activation. I've installed mitime, and still no luck. Now I get a message saying "Unable to deliver message[Error 106]", and the number its trying to send to is +1 312 772 3612.

It tries several times after I turn Facetime on. I can send international texts, so I dont get it.

Also, I've restored 3 times, and still no lick.

    Any ideas?

MiTime works fine with no additional charges, but I recommend Tango...same thing, free app, and lets you video call android users with EVOs or other front facing camera devices.

so let me get this str8 if i use 3g unrestrictor and facebreak to facetime via 3g network i will get these intertnational text charges from facetime corfrect?

so just to confirm it is safer to use an app such as mitime tango where you can only facetime via wifi and cant be charged for anything at all because your using wifi right?

I can't get MiTime to activate on an iPhone 4 4.1
