I have this 3GS on firmware 3.1.2. I tried to restore to 3.1.2, but I guess I can't because Apple don't sign that firmware anymore.. Can I just download the 3.1.3 firmware and restore to that? If I do that how can i jailbreak and unlock? Thanks.

if you just got it then you won't have the shsh blobs available to let you work with any other firmware than the newest one. it won't work with 3.1.3 either.
