Question What firmware? iphone w/ t zones?
I'm looking for an iphone, and realize the current 4.0 firmware is not compatible with the Tzones package. I currently have an original T-mobile Dash with the T-zones hack, but am ready for a change (I know it's a dinosaur). I see a lot of unlocked iphones on Craigslist, but just need to make sure I can get one that is compatible with my internet package.

Is there a difference between the terms unlocked and jailbroken?

    Thanks! Newbie

Jailbroken is just to modify the system settings and allow Unlocked software.

Unlocked means it will work with Tmob and other s besides Fake T&T

I hope you are wrong about the Tzones not working with 4.0 because I am using Tzones and about to upgrade to 4.0

Did you upgrade to the 4.0 firmware? If so, is your Tzones working.
What was it working on before. I have mine on 3.1.2; but am getting a phone for my sister. If 3.1.3 is an option (or 4.0) it will make my life a lot easier (LOL).

    There's no reason why T-zones wouldn't work on 4.0
