Post boot loop fix questions

I upgraded my 3gs from 3.0 to 3.1.3 with Sn0wbreeze and unlocked with Ultrasn0w today to fix my boot loop problem.

I now need some clarification on setting up MMS & internet settings on my iphone. I have the unlimited package on t-mobile.

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to download the 'T-Mobile US prepaid package' or manually enter the information under 'cellular data network'.

I downloaded the package form Cydia but it didn't change anything. As of now my phone doesn't even show an option to send a picture MMS.

Go to settings - reset - reset network settings.

If that doesn't work then go to cydia and uninstall the package. Then search for "legacy" and install the first result. Then reset network settings again.
