I want to surf with Sidekick in the U.S. on the iPhone

Hello,

I want in the next few weeks in the U.S. travels.
There, I would like the Sidekick
rate on a T-mobile USA prepaid sim card to use.

What needs to configure on my iPhone, or change?
A jailbreak is available.
Is it enough that I build a VPN connection (over hotspotshield.com)?

all you need to do is have a sidekick imei # call tmobile tell them you want the sidekick prepaid plan they will ask you for the imei # for verification (I'm guessing) they should activate it I believe they can use the same sim on it so i wouldn't worry about that but you can ask them as for the iphone go to cydia and download the internet settings for the sidekick reboot your phone and you should be set
