Make sure MMS is on in your settings app. If you don't have that option you need to update your carrier settings.

    Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging [On/Off]

Also, go into Cydia and search for "T-Mobile US Carrier Support". It will be the Legacy Postpaid and Flexpaid plans file. Install it and reboot (must reboot for it to work). You will be able to send and receive MMS messages, this will also alleviate you from not being able to receive MMS messages that are "too large".

BTW, if you cannot locate the file I mentioned in Cydia when searching, look under the "TWEAKS" section of Cydia and it is towards the bottom.

I don't see it under there. Only "show preview" and "repeat alert".

When I went under TWEAKS, there were a ton of T-Mobile US... files to choose from. Which one do I need?

Determine the data plan you have with T-Mobile and apply the related carrier bundle:

T-Mobile USA Carrier Bundles: Bluetooth, Data/Internet, MMS, & Tethering (2G/3G/3GS)

Make sure you follow the installation procedure!
