Whats the best way to upgrade and keep baseband on a mac ?(tmobile related question)

I'm having text problems, and its probably best for me to upgrade my 3.0 jailbroken 3gs with ultrasn0w to 3.12 with ultrasn0w, but I want to do it where I dont upgrade the baseband.

So now I'm on a Mac, and I download the pwnage tools 3.14, and the custom firmware found on step 2 on this site:

My question is, after I follow all the steps to get the custom firmware on that site, how do I install ultrasn0w? Or is there another I'm supposed to do it with pwnage tools?

Why exactly don't you wanna update your baseband?

Just a preference. I want to keep it at 4.26.08

Do you have the MMS option in settings with the Modem firmware 4.26.08? I don't.....

yep I do.

Could someone please help me out. So far, I downloaded the pwnage tools 3.14, and the custom ispw file in the link I posted above. Now I'm a little confused. Am I supposed to use pwnage tools to update it, or follow the method in that link, and use cydia to get ultrasn0w?

Install pwnage tool. Open pwnage tool.. .click your device... click on expert mode above...point to the stock 3.1.2 firmware file... go through all the menu options and chose what you want. Make sure you click "activate" in the general tab. Do not install Icy.
