How I got my MMS working

So after trying several things on this board trying to the MMS working on my 2g 3.1.2 with TMobile unlimited web 9.99 plan I finally found a solution.

Here goes

1. first I did the hack from this post:
iPhone 2G tethering with 3.0 - any news? - Page 17 - Hackint0sh
I used the auto install file (be sure you back up recommeded files and
know what you are doing) then reboot

2. now go to help.benm.at/ from your iPhone go to mobileconfig generator
set both apn's to wap.voicestream.com generate and install
reboot

3. Upon reboot, Go into Settings-General-Network-Cellular Data Network and
change the data apn to internet2.voicestream.com
reboot

4. go into either Cydia or Rock and install T-Mobile US -
Postpaid/Flexpaid Legacy carrier bundle
reboot

5. Now go into your settings and make sure that the data apn stayed internet2.voicestream.com and the mms apn is still wap.voicestream.com and that you have mms support on under the system/messaging tab

now hopefully you have working mms like myself. Sending and Receiving all send full resoulution pictures.
