Thinking of getting a 3gs, I need some help

Hello everybody. I'm thinking of getting the iphone 3gs and getting the connect to tmobile. I'm a complete noob at this, so I wanted to know is there any cheap plan without contract/credit check that I could get unlimited web+text and maybe around 300 mins for around 40-50? Or better yet, is there any us carrier that would work with the iphone that has the same plan cheaper?

The only 2 US carriers that currently support the iPhone are AT&T and T-mobile. You can get the $39.99 Even More Plus plan, which includes 500min and unlimited text. Then you can add the $10 unlimited data. So $49.99 is the cheapest for you, with no annual contract. I'm not sure if you need a credit check though, so you might want to ask around if that's needed.

Also, know that you will not get 3G speed on T-mobile
