Sick if the new BB ********
ever since i updated my baseband (was with at&t when i did) i have terrible service now for Tmobile.. im sick of this ****, what language is the iphone coded in?

I don't know. What I do know is that the iPhone makes the 3G signals appear stronger than they do. -110 is still 5 bars of 3G. That's almost no service on the iPhone with T-Mobile EDGE. -115 is no service at all. -50 is perfect.

thanks for the information... im just pissed because i bought a prepaid T-mobile sim 2 months ago before i upgraded my BB and got perfect service.. I upgraded 2 weeks ago then decided to switch to T-mobile and now i have "No Service" in my dorm just mad. Over thanksgiving break i am going to see if i can figure a way out to downgrade. Gonna be stressful lol.

What unlock method are you using? I know ultrasn0w had some issues with signal back in 3.0

used Blackra1n (made it rain) and JB'd it from that app and also installed ultrasn0w from it as well..
are there any other ways?

I just got a new iPhone and the signal is so much better.. 4-5 bars of service when stationary of course unless I touch it, then it's 3. But I never got such reception on EDGE with my old iPhone.. this is with an AT&T sim and same for T-Mobile.

yeah i have... the newest modem firmware is complete junk.
