    Default HI there!

So this is my first post! Hello! After seeing all my friends with Iphones, I decided to make the plunge and get an Iphone, However, I think At&t is the CRAPPIEST phone service in my area, so I bought an unlocked one for Tmobile........(patiently waiting at my mailbox for it)

After reading a few things, I decided to go with the 2G because I wont be able to get on Tmobile's 3G service.

I'm always up for getting a new phone......so is there an advantage to getting a 3G or a 3GS for Tmobile network?

iPhone 3G has no advantage at all. The 3GS is lightning fast and has double the RAM which comes in quite handy for jailbreakers who tend to install apps that utilize this.

The 3G has this over the 2G - GPS, better audio quality, it doesn't have issues with the digitizer, no recessed audio jack, and maybe a few other intangibles. The 3G S has native video recording, and is faster with more ram and it also has even better audio quality (Less clipping, more accurate - less of an improvement though).

T-Mobile *should* serve you well in your area, but they are focusing on 3G (some 3G only cellsites) so your signal quality could be lesser than what it could be with a T-Mobile 3G device.

    Lovely

my 3gs battery is better than my 3g battery, and my 3g battery was better than my 2g....
The only thing I ask in return for helping, is that you click the thanks button, Thanks!
