No Wifi for me.

reset network solves the problem. Geohot stated is OS related.

Tried it:

Settings > Wi-Fi > "OFF"

then

Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network > "Reser Settings"

and still nothing. My 3Gs isn't even picking up a network signal or showing any available networks even we have WiFi in my office. Neither phone has been dropped or damaged. It just disappeared one day.

It's Rock App go into Cydia and delete Rock come out of Cydia and restart phone. I have the 3gs and it worked fine after that

Tonight I stupidly decided ot mess with my phone. I had 3.0, and should have stayed there. Instead I followed the instructions for blackra1n and upgraded to the 3.1.2 and then followed the steps. My phone works ot call, but I lost wifi.

Not only that, but all of a sudden internet2... doesn't work anymore, nor do any APNs, and now I have NO internet.

For three hours I have been searching and trying things. I ma not happy I am at a loss.

I had issues with wifi after unlocking via black rain on my 3Gs w/ TMOB. after a few weeks of intermittent wifi and a few restores, it all works fine.

I recommend a restore and unlock again and see if that works.

I used Cydia no Rock and all is fine now.

Okay, after a few more tries I have my wifi, but then no edge. Then I fixed edge, and had wifi... but now I cannot make calls.

I have to make a four hour drive now, and I have no other phone to even let my mum know when I leave. Great.

I never should have messed with upgrading now. I spent hours last night, sure, but now I haven't time to try fixing things over and over.

Same here, i just installed, and worked out, also, you need to dance naked in front of a mac, pray to steve jobs, ask for forgiveness for using blacksnow, then run naked around the block and screaming I LOVE MY IPHONE, I WILL NEVER USE ANDROID, in that moment you iphone will let U use the Network..

Do it, it works, but be careful in catching a cold, be sure U use sox. and cover your head

I too can verify this method works,saw there were a cpl problems with the 'push fix' patch so I skipped that. BTW it's not on cydia anymore.

I initially had no problems with wifi or bluetooth but google maps & youtube wasn't working so I tried this and it works 100%. Thanks alot bro.

Ok well I'm now having a problem syncing my apps, will update.
Fixed.
