T-Mobile Even More Plus $10 dataplan?

T-Mobile has changed up their voice/sms/data plans. Has anyone tried the new "unlimited web" plan with their iphone? When I tried to change my voice plan, it says that the $9.99 "unlimited web for phones" is no longer compatible with the new plans....

I did and its working on my iphone. Go to your account www.t-mobile.com when you see (not your phone?)select a tmobile phone like a samsung katalist, now select change plan o services, add 9.99 unlimited data plan. Go to your iphone, settings-general-network-cellular data network-apn, write internet2.voicestream.com. Make sure turn off wi-fi, turn off data roaming. I hope this works for you.

Yeah! Data is now $10 on Even More Plus. Awesome right? More reasons to stick with T-Mobile. 79.99 unlimited EVERYTHING! (Although I'm just switching to the unlimited txt/web+1000 minutes). This is a great deal from one of the major carriers.

question is, does the new $10 unlimited web differ in anyway from the 9.99 web2go. I think a few people are hesitant to make the switch because of this.

Not really no.. they offer that plan on all of their phones. Just try to check out a MyTouch 3G.

The $10 is only for data correct? If so, aren't the ones with the $9.99 web2go feature paying a penny more (not that it's a hugeee difference lol)? I'm not sure I understand it fully but - whats the incentive to switch up?

Did anyone try to use MMS and other apps like youtube with the new data??
I have 5.99 now, but need to possible switch to new plan because i need to add another line.. any thoughts

i just got this and for some reason now none of my internets work anymore. It worked before using my blackberry plan on my iphone.

how long do you think it should take to be in effect. neither the sidekick plan settings (which i had on my account in addition to the blackberry plan...it was a billing mess up) or the generic postpaid/flexpaid settings work. The T-mo website says i have sidekick data still until the end of my billing cycle. so what should i do? does the sidekick plan not work anymore?

Ok, I just switched from the 5.99 t-zones to the new Unlimited Date for $10 (had to because i was upgrading my service plan) and my internet didnt work until I changed the APN to "internet2.voicestream.com". Now the thing is, my MMS doesnt work and my facebook app doesnt work. Does anyone know how to fix this.

Seems like the new data plans are having problems ..

I think I'll wait until it's resolved before even suggesting it to others :-/

These are the only few that I've heard with issues on the new plans, that and the information they're giving is cryptic at best.

Also when switching to the new "even more plus" plans, if you have a corporate discount it won't apply. I'm not sure about the "even more" plans though.

Hey I was using "internet2.voicestream.com" for a while. Since I enabled MMS on I had to change to "epc.tmobile.com" for both Cellular Data and MMS.
