Want to create my own proxy for people without data plan.

I am very interested in creating a proxy for people to use when they dont have a data plan. It seems like most current proxies use the glype proxy software on their servers. I got glype installed on my website but now I am stuck on how to access the page via tmobile. What is the trick to be able to browse the page? I am referring to the same method that mlb.com and the guys at "http://tmobileprox.webs.com/" use to let users acess their site without a data plan.

for example... http://tmobileinternet.blogdns.com is completely browsed via edge without data plan. how is this possible?
