HELP!! with 3.1 iphone 3g mms
I have tried everything to get MMS working on my 3G and nothing has worked. I have changed the carrier list, have tried Spookyet's cydia packages, updated the ipcc on the phone and still nothing. All it does when I try to send MMS is act like its going to send and then boom... it stops at like 90%. HELP!! lol

Cydia>manage>sources>edit>add>repo(dot)sinfuliphon e(dot)com>install MMS & Tethering
Settings>general>cellular data>reset network
APN: internet2.voicestream.com or epc.tmobile.com
MMS APN: wap.voicestream.com
reboot (not respring)
Test it out.

Yea ummm... none of this is working out for me. When I had 3.0, MMS was working perfectly for me but since I upgraded to 3.0.1 and then to 3.1, it has been crap for me. I need MMS lol. Help

Maybe you should downgrade if you continue to find nothing is working.

I've done that already and was on 3.0 for a week and tried everything to get mms working and still nothing. I dont know what to do

something in your settings is off... I'd recommend following annieX from the second post. Then just play around with the cellular apn and MMS apn, untill you get a match. For me both have to be set to epc.tmobile.com, my sister, on the same family plan as me, has to have her cellular apn at internet2, and her MMS apn at wap.voicestream... so I dont really know why some are different for others, I just know it takes a little bit of time to find the perfect combo. I've also found out that more than one apn works at a time... just some are more reliable than others (ex: wap.voice and epc.voice for MMS apn both allow me to send photos fine, but for some reason wap.voice only works when i have 3 bars or more, while epc.voice works no matter how much service I have)
