    Default Umm Problem?

    Well today i went to get my flexpay plan @ a local t-mobile retailer. Everything was going great, except he couldn't give me the web2go feature without me having a phone with me. So i'm stuck with unlimited texts and 300 minutes & Unlimited N&W.
    What can I do? can i contact them via email or something to get it?

    You can buy a nokia (19.99 I believe) and use it to get web2go. Lately however people are reporting that although it's been added.. it doesn't allow their iPhones onto the plan.
