Default Noob Question about web2go/Tmo Total Internet
Alright so I got an iphone about a week ago, set it up on tmo and obviously want to have data. I tried atleast 5 times to convince them to give me the 599 tzones, no luck. I sucked it up and figured I'd pay the 10 a month for web2go, but when I called the guy said I needed a separate data plan to do anything, and that the 25 dollar total internet was what I needed. Is this true? Or is this what the APN settings are for? Thanks in advance!

That's not true. Just go on to my.t-mobile.com and follow these steps.

    1. Login
    a. If you haven't registered do that first (obvious)
    2. Hover over 'Manage' on the menu bar directly below the T-Mobile logo.
    3. Click on 'Plans & Services' in the submenu under Manage.
    4. Find the line you wish to add the service too, on the left, and click on it.
    5. Click Change services.
    6. Find the 9.99 web2go plan and add it.
    7. ???
    8. Profit.
    BOOBAH!

No you don't need the 25 Internet. The apn's are internet2.voicestream.com wap.voicestream.com or internet3.voicestream. I'm on the 5.99 and use wap.voicestream. The internet2 should be web2go data plan.

If you check the other threads people post how to get tzones added. And I think web2go is free for the first 30days?
