Tethering on T-Zones, APN edited...
Hey all,
I recently downloaded the tethering config file from help.BenM.at – Mobileconfigs für dein iPhone | BenM.at and I've noticed that it changed my CDN APN to the slower wap.voicestream.com. If I change it back to epc.tmobile.com and try to tether then the tethering option disappears once I turn it on...
Is there any kind of fix to this?
(Sorry if this broke any rules but I'm not sure so go ahead and delete it if it did)

I have tried PDANet but apparently it's not compatible with my laptop. I've even gone as far as emailing the developers of the app.
I would much rather use the iPhone tethering app as I want to limit the use of some of these applications as they slow down my phone majorly, and I'm using a 3GS.

I think that uses internet2.voiceatream.com. From my understanding, epc.Tmobile.com is the fastest and Tmobile can't track data usage on it either

you can try this off of the carrier bundle it'll get yo to where you can change APN'S although as a side note I installed the bundle got it wokring took quite a few reboots on my girlfriend's phone.
However recently when I got us switched to TZONES i uninstalled the bundle because I wasn't sure about the APN'S and I still have the full MMS capability as well my interent tethering and I can change APN'S at willThanks to all of you @ Modmyi for all of the help you've provided
