T-Mobile iPhone International Roaming question

I use to have the $5.99 web on my dash and was using the proxy in tzones and it was working perfect when I was traveling to Europe, etc and never got any bills for the internet.

Does anyone have any experience if I buy an iphone and use the $9.99 web can I still use it while traveling like I did with the $5.99 plan to get email, web , etc...

if you set it up with a proxy it will be the same as the dash. Very smart idea, last time i was in europe i made the mistake of paying tmobile roaming charges. on my iphone
