    Why don't you just call the carrier and ask for the correct APN settings?
    Do hope that helps

    T-mobile made buy a new simcard/phone. They said that they couldn't switch a prepaid sim to a flex plan.

    Default apn settings as well at tether info
    i have a ku990 that i brought back from australia and had to do all this cause in the stores they won't help you and you can have them send you some kinda text thing that will set all that for you and it is for almost every phone hell had mine on there.

    anyways here you go

    Gateway IP:
    Primary = 216.155.165.050, port = 8080
    Secondary = 216.155.165.051, port = 8080

    Authentication:Normal
    Header Compression: No
    Proxy (as needed): 216.155.175.188 at port 8080

    Access Points Names (APNs)
    T-Mobile Internet: Internet2.voicestream.com
    T-Mobile Internet VPN: Internet3.voicestream.com
    Web2Go/t-zones: wap.voicestream.com
    BlackBerry: blackberry.net
    Sidekick: hiptop.t-mobile.com
    T-Mobile G1: epc.tmobile.com

    tether stuff is this
    GPRS dial-up number: *99#
    and set your phone to gprs

    hope that helps it is what i used and everything works on my including tether to my laptop with the software suite that was included with my phone

    and i use that web2go plan for 9.99 and it is unlimited and i usually get around 1mbps or higher thru mine when i connect thru bluetooth
