Iphone 3Gs ...Sending pics in SMS?

Does anyone know how to send pics in SMS mode?
I have T-Mobile.
It sends like 90% of the way and then stops...
after...it waits a long time, then it say can't send

Try Resetting Network Settings and Rebooting. Might work.

Did you enter the correct apn settings for mms?

In case you didn't, T-Mobile settings:

APN: wap.voicestream.com
Username:
Password:
MMSC: 216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080

Silly me, I forgot xD Or just go download a carrier bundle for T-Mobile and that should do it.

Ok i have a problem. Mine finishes sending the MMS but whoever i send it to does not recieve it. Any help? On tmobile with mms settings correct. And whats visual voicemail?
