I was recommended to wait up to a day because there were about 7 problems in the NYC area and one of them might cause this. Of course they all tried to sell me webconnect also but that's no go for now.

I am in minneapolis and got the same problem today. I talked to customer rep and she said i need to change my webplan as they have made some changes and iphone users cannot use 9.99 plan

I don't own an iPhone but it's not working on my Nokia n95 8gb either. I use this phone to tether to my laptop at work and it's sending me to the webconnect page as well. I hope it's an outage and not a slashing of service!

I have the same problem in NYC too. I live in queens. Mine is also not working since morning. Actually since around 10am it stopped working. It was working fine when I woke up in the morning around 5:30am.
Any luck yet anyone? Did it work again for someone?
Has anyone tried calling TMobile. Has anyone had any argument with tmobile by changing their sim in a non smart phone and then calling tmobile to say that they are not using iphone.
TMobile has gone greedyyyyyyyyyyy and stupid.

okc out as well again..i tried calling and not telling them its an iphone because right than they try to move you to that data plan..i advised unlocked phone, got all the way to tier 2 and they were looking into my account and asking me alot of questions about my phone..it was about an hour long call and in the end i had to go in to work and will call them back tonight

Cut off for me as well by way of the the wipcore.t-mobile BS. Phone registered in Texas and operating in Upstate NY. Seriously lame.
I'm just hoping someone more technologically apt than me can figure out a work-around for this at some point :/

Same thing here in Reno, NV. Internet and apps have no access since at least 2 hours ago (tested maps and google app).
Running 2.2.1 on a 2G with internet2.voicestream.com APN.

yep same here in Palm Springs Webcore it is. But like some other post said it might just be an outage and we are back in a few,at least lets hope so

called Tmobile- and they said that they cannot guarantee that the iphone will work with the web 2 go. only the 24.99 plan will work.

i got off the phone with tech support they said they did a tower upgrade so that all smart phones REQUIRE the 25+ packages
even when i argued that the 9.99 worked, they said they cant reverse the upgrade or whatever
i am trying 1 less thing to see if it can work or not
