Please help with settings

Hello, i have a 2g 3.0 and im thinking about restoring my phone because i messed it up while modding it, i think. i need to knw of there are any setting i need to change. i dont have any internet service on my plan cause i just use wifi. my phone is currently working its jailbroken/unlocked already but by someone else idk. so can somebody please help me. btw i already knw how to jailbreak/unlock from reading a guide.

What do you mean settings?, theres no settings you NEED to change, they are all personal preference, Make sure to do a full DFU restore to stock firmware, before you rejailbreak it. setup the phone as a new phone in itunes, then run the unlock. Download anything from cydia you were using before you restored. fin

im didnt brick the phone its just not working right sometimes. like when ppl call me my phone doesnt ring and nothing pops up that says slide to answer. and now my alarm doesnt work too. yah so pretty much im just trying to reset it.

A fresh restore to 3.0 and J/B should cure your problem. Make sure you set up as a new phone and do not sync from a back up.

Do you have push enabled? If so turn off push.

All MMS solutions are temporary from what I've seen so it's kind of pointless.

mms works perfect on my phone right now theres nothing wrong with it at all.

I have no problem with MMS go over to the carrier bundles for tmobile there are a few threads here on the MMS the biggest problem is installing it there are multiple tricks to it
Enable MMS for T-Mobile on 3.0
here's the thread I got my MMS info from this spooky dude has a kick *** bundle and once I got installed to both phones it was rockin you'll see the whole story over there as far as the jb and ul it's on the front of this site just go to guides
