I just unlocked my iphone and jailbroke it now it wont let me go on the internet or even open wifi or anything can anyone help me with like what settings i have to have or what i have to do to restore my internet or even pay a lower price step by step please????

Drop the blackberry plan, switch to Web2Go or T-Zones if you're lucky. Same Speed, lower cost..

I don't really understand your problem, if you successfully unlocked and jailbroken your iPhone, its pretty simple to get everything working.

For Wifi
Settings->Wifi->Select your Wifi

For EDGE
Settings->General->Network->Cellular Data Network

For APN, try theses
epc.tmobile.com
or
wap.voicestream.com
or
internet2.voicestream.com
