3GS Hacktivation Tutorial

1. Download and extract: hacktivated lockdownd, ifunbox, purplera1n rc2

2) Run purplera1n rc2 if you haven't already, otherwise skip this step
3) Connect your newly jailbroken 3G S
4) Open ifunbox.exe and browse to /usr/libexec
5) locate lockdownd, BACK UP THE FILE!
6) Rename or copy lockdownd to your computer, don't overwrite the hacktivated one tho!
7) Copy the hacktivated lockdownd to your phone
8) Reboot

Once it has rebooted, give it some time, sometimes it takes a couple minutes to hacktivate.

Once that is done, run freeze which will install cydia, and then you can install ultrasn0w

crashed my phone.. got stuck on the logo screen. had to restore back to 3.0. I will wait for the DEV TEAM to get this taken care of. Hopefully it is in the works.
