Saved lots of $ switchin back to TMO!
Lets see, i bought the 3gs on release day with ATT. And wasnt very happy with paying 30$ data, and then 20 unlimited text. Not to mention service all around my area wasnt good at all.... So i decided to return the 3gs and cancel within the 30 day time and then have my sister get a 3gs for me on her acct via upgrade
. I went back over to tmobile again, and 9.99 for the data
, and 14,99 for unlimited texts! That saves 25$ a month for data and text. Even though i have no 3g n now, i really dont mind considering the service i got with ATT, and the EDGE on tmobile is pretty fast.

Nice work man. Sold my 3G (for $325) recently and now I'm running a brand new 2G (Apple Care replacement, eBay, for $150) on T-Mobile. I pay $69 after taxes for 1000 min unlim text & data + some corp discounts. Really I dont see myself paying the $100+ that ATT subscribers do. I am perfectly content with a 2G with EDGE speeds since that's the only thing I can get on T-Mob anyway. I pocketed cash on the phone downgrade and am saving a ton with T-Mobile right now. It feels great especially in this bad economy.

Not to sound like an *** but what's the point of a iPhone over over edge speed? Well unless a 2G that's fine but running a 3G/3G[s] would be frustrating

From my personal experience, 3G speeds aren't even that great. My iPhone 2g on T-Mobile is faster than my friend's 3G on ATT. ATT's infrastructure is crap and overloaded from a massive rollout of 3G phones.
