Uninstall the bundle and reset. That should set it back so that the Cellular data network appears again.

If you have BB data, how much are you paying? Just call them and tell them to switch you over to the Smartphone (iPhone) data for the same price.. should be $24.99

This carrier bundle removes it. If you want it back there are other options.

Will the carrier setting ipccs be updated to work with 3.1. I updated and unlocked my 3g on tmobile, but the update broke my ability to tether and removed the tmobile carrier logo on the top, though everything else works fine. I miss tethering already, is there a way to fix this issue?

"The newest iPhone 3.1 update intentionally removed tethering functionality from all phones operating in networks that are not Apple partners. This is not limited to hacked or jailbroken phones, but also includes expensive 'officially supported' factory-unlocked phones. To make the problem worse, Apple has made it impossible to downgrade back to a working 3.0 version for iPhone 3GS phones."
I'll look into it. I'm not happy with the Dev Team jailbreak. They released it early because people can't wait. It may or may not be that.
