It is ridiculous how customer service has gone down the crapper. Im glad you got it fixed and Hope you get a resolution from Jobs.

iPhone: 3GS
Bundle Used: T-Mobile US - Prepaid/Postpaid
Voice Plan: Individual 300.
Data Plan: T-Mobile Web2Go 9.99
SMS: T-Mobile G1 Unlimited Messages
Time on T-Mobile: 6 months
Last Plan Change: 6 months ago
Problem: When i try and send a normal txt and add more then one person it makes it into a "New Group MMS Text"?! and im just trying to send a normal txt... and it wont send in the end and if it does it sends it as a mms txt... when its just txt.

that is 3.0 issue that is actually a bug in the software it is fixed in 3.1 beta 3 though so it will be fixed in the pubic release this september!

Hey everybody.
I tried working my way through this thread to find an answer to my question but it is pretty massive. I'll present my problem here.
Today I was finally able to download the activatemms2g program through cydia.
I am a T-Mobile customer and am subscribed to the "Total Internet Add-on" package for 19.99/month; I also have unlimited SMS/MMS.
I am wondering which settings I need to put in my phone to utilize the MMS capability. As of right now I can still surf the web and send SMS, but I cannot send MMS.
Any help you provide is appreciated.

will the carrier bundle work with Tzones is anyone having the internet outage problem reported on the other forums. I'm surprised SpookyET hasn't posted in regards to that and would llike his input it seems somehow people have been able to get tzones back on I'm just about to call TMO and blow up as I made very clear I would be using an iPhone when I initally switched

ahhhhhhhh i lost my access to MMS. I uninstalled and installed "ActivtateMMS" and also TMO Bundleslike for the past 2 hours and nothing UGH!
I had another device installed, dont remember if it was a VPN or what i cant remember and well i uninstalled and ever since it doesnt send out MMS
if i could remember right it was under "Netwrok" and it had an icon like this one
help!

The situation is that T-Mo want money and they're killing off iPhone Internet access on non-android plans. Also, my T-Mobile contact dropped off the planet. I don't know what happened to him.

Need help connecting to internet with iphone

Voice Plan: Business 1000 anytime minutes and unlimited nights and weekends.
Data Plan: T-Mobile Unlimited Sidekick data plan.
SMS: T-Mobile Sidekick Unlimited Messages plan.
Time on T-Mobile: 120 months.
Last Plan Change: never.
Problem: I can send and receive email, text messages and make calls. I just cant connect to the internet. I called T-Mobile and they told me that I have to pay like twice as much and they can make it work by upgrading my plan.
