LATEST UPDATE: I reset my network settings through Settings>General>Reset, installed the PostPaid .ipcc from the OP of this thread, changed my data APN to epc.tmobile.com but kept the wap.voicestream.com APN for MMS and voila! full quality pics!

Guys, Forgive me for my ignorance here. Im having trouble entering the "\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe" /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1" into the command. Its telling me that it is not recognized as an internal or external command.

Ive tried also getting there cd> but its also saying the same thing. Any help would be so much appreciated.

I am assuming you are actually doing this in the cmd prompt when you actually do it on the run prompt. Start > Run > "\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe" /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1"

Ran the promt, now in Itunes. Pressing Shift while looking for updates. I dont see the file listed. Nothing under the drop down for Iphone updates nor "iphone carrier config"... Yikes.

Chnage File Type from IPSW to ipcc then you should see it when you did the shift + update

When i downloaded the zip file. Should I be placing it in any file or extract just to the desktop? The file downloaded already as the ipcc file. Itunes still doesnt see it?

The zip file containes 4 ipcc files inside it, so extract the zip file into a folder or wherever you can find it then in itunes shift + update then navigate to that folder with the ipcc files and change file type to ipcc and they should show up in the window for you to select and choose the one you need. Post Paid is for normal T-Mobile Plans and Pre-Paid is of course pre paid plans as I asked that question earlier

i ran the postpaid one, But for some reason everything but internet tethering came up, where does internet tethering supposed to show up?

This is on two iphones, one with redsn0w and one with pwnage

Thanks for the quick reply. I uploaded the file. Now, I dont have the capability to send MMS anymore. Before I did. I went into settings>Network and all is gone. I have tried to upload the program again. No dice. Any help?

Scratch That. We are good to go. Wondering why my T-Mobile is grey though and not the pink/grey. Any help?

Ok, all is good w/the MMS feature. My question to you is, Im getting the monochrome T-mobile on my springboard. How do I get the color logo? Ive downloaded the US Postpaid Tmobile Logo file..

Can you please explain how you were able to change it to epc.tmobile.com without losing the MMS APN? Everytime I try to change one or the other MMS APN disappears. Thanks!

Captain. All you need to do is go into settings. Make the changes that you need to make w/ your APN, MMS etc, back out of your settings and immeditely reboot. Once you reboot, the settings will stick.

i dont think is MMS. i had the battery drain before that . currently even my wife was complaining about battery life.

*Update * i was able to send and receive full images, changed the code from mms.msg to the 216.... also use wap.voicestream.com for my regular APN, visual VM and MMS , opened safari and got the setting to stick went back to the network settings and changed my APN to internet3.voicestream.com and it worked!! =P
