Iphone 3g unlocked on tmobile

I was just looking for a little experience from all you users that have their 3G on T-Mobile have you been able to use all your features that you got with AT&T, Have you noticed any performance issues and so on? I’m thinking of unlocking my 3G when it comes out Friday, but am a little hesitant to make the switch.

I'm using a 3g on T-Mo and have no problems at all. Runs smooth as well but no 3g speed of coarse.
If you are referring to on the new 3.0 F/W, there is no unlock yet, Friday

the iphone 3g is the way to go, i luv my 3g, no issues at all on tmobile. everything works fine except tmobile users dont get visual voicemail. i cant wait til friday.

HEy guys so the 3g can be unlocked right?!
i thought it couldn't be unlocked at all! or is that for the 3.0 firmware? if some one has the 2.2.1 then they can unlock it??

yup, you can only jailbreak your 3g on 3.0 but not unlock it
but not the 3gs yet fingers crossed for that
