Internet on T-Mobile iPhone

I just got an unlocked iPhone working on the T-Mobile network. I purchased their $9.99 internet plan called 'unlimited web for phone'. How can I get this to work on my iPhone?

Actually, I got it to work by changing the cellular data network APN to 'internet2.voicestream.com'. Is that the only way to get the internet to work on my phone? And are their any consequences to this change? (I don't want to brick my phone or anything)

Just for more clarification: Do you have a 2G or 3G iphone? Also just curious, is the 9.99 plan you are on full internet access or just select sites and is it capped at 100mb?

Try entering epc.tmobile.com in the APN
