Did you update the IPCC file through itunes?? <--- doing this you dont need to input any files it puts them in your network and mms automatically......but i have only gotten 3gs's to work with mss (before the 25th) AT&T not t-mobile..I have only done a 2g with activate MMS2g installed first then updating the IPCC file gave me Clear (not blurry pics like i was getting) MMS's.

SETTINGS FOR TMOBILE MMS

APN: wap.voicestream.com
Username and password: leave blank
MMSC: 216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080

you have to reboot your iphone then go to settings messages and turn on mms messaging

you could send pictures right away but it might take 1 hour to recieve pictures but when i did it it took about 15 minutes

Those settings cause very low-res picture quality. Everyone should use SpookyET's settings.

got full resolution to work,

go to cydia, search for "t-mobile" and download one of the bundle.

then edit your setting to this:

APN: wap.voicestream.com
Username and password: leave blank
MMSC: 216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080
max message size: 1048576
MMS UA Prof URL: http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf

I had some problem with every one.
I tried to load the ipcc never can made, because my itune dont have the "check uption" any way ,now I made the pic very good..
Go to cydia search "t-mobile boundle" Install, reboot, that is it. every thing work good..
