Sending it in for Replacement
I'm thinking about sending my iphone 3g in for a replacement however I haven;t done this before with the 3G only the 2G I do have it unlocked and jailbroken so i was thinking of I just restore it it would get rid of all that plus I was thinking do they check the plan of the AT&T account or do they just make sure its a AT&T number?
IF I'VE HELPED YOU BE SURE YOU HIT THE THANKS BUTTON!

Per Apple's own warranty agreement.....warranty is not dependent on activation.
