Empty voicemail bubble?

Is anyone else having the problem with the empty voicemail bubble at all times? I have had it since I had my iPhone and figured it was commonplace to all T-Mobile users, but I just found out my sister doesn't have that issue. How do I make it go away for good??

Yup, everyone that is on a T Mo iPhone is having the problem. Must be 10 threads on this now. Nothing you can do except call T Mo and ask them to remove your voicemail notification, and perhaps complain.
